Photos: Newly renovated military lounge opens at Tucson International Airport
Around a hundred people including donors, airport officials and military servicemen gathered at the Tucson International Airport to celebrate the renovations to the military lounge.
The lounge which is located near baggage carousel five had become dated over the years and was in need of a major face lift. With the help of several local donors the renovations needed were made possible.
The lounge is equipped with 12 leather reclining seats, a flat screen TV, a small kitchen with snacks and drinks, and a high top table. Three paintings were also donated by artists to decorate the walls of the lounge.Â
