Hundreds turn out for at least two demonstrations in Tucson, including some 300 along Congress Street near Granada Avenue, Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026, to protest federal agents fatally shooting a man in Minnesota. Across Tucson, others protesting the Minnesota shooting gathered at Freedom Park, 5000 E. 29th St., and more than a hundred marched from there to the U.S. Border Patrol station entrance at Swan and Golf Links roads.
