Photos: Atwood executed for 1984 murder of 8-year-old Tucson girl
Supporters of Vicki Lynne Hoskinson, who was killed in 1984, and supporters of ending the death penalty in Arizona stood outside the Arizona State Prison Complex in Florence during the execution of Frank Jarvis Atwood on June 8, 2022. Atwood was convicted of killing 8-year-old Vicki Lynne Hoskinson in 1984 in Tucson.
Atwood, now 66, was pronounced dead at 10:12 a.m. after being injected with a fatal dose of the sedative pentobarbital.
