Photos: University of Arizona ROTC units honor those killed 23 years ago during the 9/11 attacks
University of Arizona ROTC units came together on Wednesday morning to honor those who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 attacks in New York City, the Pentagon and Flight 93. They climbed the Arizona Stadium stairs 22 times, with a break in the middle to listen to 911 recordings of those who perished on that day.

University of Arizona ROTC units came together on Wednesday morning to honor those who lost their lives in the September 11, 2001 attacks in New York City, the Pentagon and Flight 93. The helmet is from the Squad 1 unit in Brooklyn where Gunnery Sgt. Matthew Garvey served as a firefighter, but was also in the U.S. Marine Corps.
