Photos: Dramatic rescue after car plunges off Catalina Highway north of Tucson

Firefighters, deputies and volunteers rescued a person after the vehicle they were in went off the Catalina Highway near Hoodoo Vista Point in the Santa Catalina Mountains north of Tucson, Ariz. on May 11, 2022.
Rural Metro Fire Department, Pima County Sheriff's Department, Mount Lemmon Fire Department, Southern Arizona Rescue Association and the Arizona Department of Public Safety Ranger air unit assisted in the rescue.
The sole occupant of the vehicle sustained minor injuries, according to the Pima County Sheriffs Department.
