LOCKPORT - A City of Lockport teenager pleaded guilty Wednesday to having sex with a teenage girl without her consent. Jonathan S. Frey, 16, of LeVan Avenue, admitted to third-degree criminal sexual act for the incident in a Michigan Street residence on a night sometime in late June, Assistant District Attorney Robert A. Zucco said. Zucco recommended a sentence of no more than one year in Niagara County Jail, but County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III made no commitment. He could send Frey to state prison for as long as four years when Frey returns to court Nov. 30.
