A five-car pileup just before 1 p.m. Saturday closed West Ina Road just west of Interstate 10 for about an hour, officials said.
The crash sent one man to the hospital, Northwest Fire spokesman Adam Goldberg said. Three others were treated at the scene for minor injuries, Goldberg said.
Four vehicles had to be towed.
Eleven people, including several children, were involved in the rear-end collision.
He said all of the children were properly secured in car seats and the adults were wearing seat belts.
The Marana Police Department is investigating the cause.
