Tucson police have identified a man fatally shot at a midtown park as 30-year-old Marcus Darton.
Darton was shot Sunday afternoon at Freedom Park, on East 29th Street near South Craycroft Road, Sgt. Chris Widmer, a Tucson police spokesman, said in a news release.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
