A Tucson man was sentenced Monday to 97 months in prison and a lifetime of supervised release for possessing several child pornography photos and videos, prosecutors say.
On Dec. 9, 2010, Michael Lee Dixon, 44, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to possession of child pornography, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
More than 100 photos and 30 videos of child pornography were found on computers and equipment seized by federal agents from Dixon’s home in March of 2009, the release said.
U.S. District Judge Raner C. Collins also ordered Dixon to pay a $10,000 fine and $5,000 in restitution, the release said.
