A 49-year-old man who authorities said was shot to death Tuesday night after he threatened a neighbor has been identified as David Lee Taylor.
Taylor died of a single gunshot wound after he went into a residence in the 4100 block of North Soldier Trail and made threats against another man, a press release from the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Taylor grabbed the man and began dragging him out of the residence before the man shot him, authorities said.
The man has not been charged because it is still being considered a self-defense case, the press release said.
