The Arizona Daily Star is preparing its annual list of private and charter schools, to be published in early 2009.
Private and charter schools offering first grade or higher are eligible to be listed.
Administrators can go to azstarnet.com/special/ schoolsurveys to find our online form.
Information must be received by 5 p.m. Dec. 19 or before your school starts its winter break.
