Aspen participates in Kids Yoga at The BLOC. Yoga instructor and massage therapist Julie Vernon teaches the class every Saturday and Sunday.
Julie Vernon leads Kids Yoga. Kids ages 2 and up are welcome at the yoga sessions. Vernon said she loves working with children.
When it came time for Aspen to introduce herself, she led the Kids Yoga group in a stretch called The Scorpion.
