JCC instruction open to all ages, skill levels and faiths, covers dances from 1940s on
About the dance class
The Israeli Dance class, held at the Tucson Jewish Community Center, 3800 E. River Road, costs $5 per session and is open to all ages, skill levels and faiths, said Brandi Hawkins, an assistant instructor for the course.
The regular class meets on Tuesdays from 7:30 to 9:45 p.m. Couples classes are held the second and fourth Sunday of every month from 5 to 6 p.m. The classes cover Israeli dance from the 1940s to new dances.
