Scrabble players can learn tips and strategies to increase their score from members of the Speedway Scrabble Club, followed by supervised play, from 2 to 4 p.m. May 14 at the Kirk-Bear Canyon Library, 8959 E. Tanque Verde Road.
Study materials will be provided.
This event is for players 14 and up, with some Scrabble experience.
Registration is not required, but players are asked to bring their own game board.
