Oro Valley Town Councilman Bill Garner retained his seat in Tuesday’s all-mail primary election, with 21.81 percent of the votes, county election results show.
Newcomers Brendan M. Burns and Mike Zinkin will fill the other two open council seats. They received 19.79 percent and 19.46 percent of the votes, respectively.
Incumbent Steve Solomon received 16.68 percent of the votes. Mark Napier received 13.71 percent, and Fred Narcaroti received 8.37 percent.
Results released Tuesday night are unofficial.
