Photos: Close to 100 couples say "I do," in courthouse weddings on Valentine's Day
The calendar was full for Judge Kristel Ann Foster at Pima County Consolidated Justice Court as she performed half of the expected 100 couples wanting to get married on Valentine's Day.
Judges must prioritize regular court business which limits the number of couples they can marry during court hours, however, Judge Foster cleared her docket to officiate weddings all day.
