R.L. Anthony St. Clair, 44, was charged with aggravated assault and felony flight after he ran over an officer's foot during a traffic stop on May 12, Tucson police say.

St. Clair was arrested May 18 and is being held on a $7,500 bond, according to the Tucson Police Department. Detectives are asking anyone with information about the car shown in the video, a black 1996 Cadillac convertible, to call 88-CRIME.
