A 34-year-old motorcyclist was killed Saturday when he collided with a driver turning onto the I-10 frontage road at West St. Mary's Road, Tucson police say.
"Unfortunately, this expansive bill is a step too far and I know we can strike a better balance,'' Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs said.
