Avelo, a budget commercial airline, is going to handle deportation flights from Arizona for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration Control and Enforcement. It is part of a “long-term charter program” to support the agency's deportation efforts, said Andrew Levy, CEO of the Houston-based airline.
