Joe Pagac is painting his latest mural at Himmel Park in Tucson. Pagac says it took three years of planning for this particular mural. He met with a neighborhood group to get ideas on what the residents wanted to see on the wall of the Himmel Park pool. The mural is approximately 1200 square feet and will be completed by mid-June.
