The “Pathways to Asia” expansion is the next step in a 10-year, $80 million plan to renovate and improve the Reid park Zoo, which has been a staple in the Tucson community for over 50 years.
The city of Tucson needs to stop turning its public park space over to fee-based enterprises like the Reid Park Zoo and city golf courses. Reid Park's Barnum Hill and south duck pond are the places to draw the line.

The all-female pack — Grommie, Cricket, Terra and Sandy — are siblings and recently celebrated their second birthday on Nov. 11.
