Some personnel at a key U.S. military base in Qatar were advised to evacuate by Wednesday evening, according to a U.S. official and the Gulf country.
Iran's top prosecutor called Trump's claims about halting the hangings of 800 detained protesters "completely false." Meanwhile, the death toll in the protests has exceeded 5,000, activists said.
