Photos: Jazz band funded by stimulus donations performs for New Orleans hospital workers
A New York woman collaborated with the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra to put on what she calls a stimulus serenade to give moral support to front-line hospital workers and COVID-19 patients in New Orleans.
Organizers have shifted their focus to the 2022 event, scheduled for next January.
Officials said today's plan was to "strengthen containment lines and 'mop up,' which is going around the perimeter putting out hot spots."
