When then President Barack Obama bestowed the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Joe Biden in January 2017, he referred to him as "the finest vice president we have ever seen." He also mentioned that the occasion gave "the internet one last chance to talk about our bromance," referring to the memes based on photos of him and Biden buddying it up.
