The Western United States' winter forecast and outlook is shared on the Across the Sky podcast by Ken Elliott. Elliott, a senior meteorologist for WeatherWorks, in New Jersey says another big snow year for California is possible. However, the Pacific Northwest could wind up drier, due to El Nino.
