Although all the votes have not been tallied, Theresa Riel took a big early lead over incumbent Demion Clinco in the race for the District 2 seat on Pima Community College's Governing Board.
Despite raising $138,000 more than his opponent, incumbent Demion Clinco was trailing Theresa Riel by 24% of the votes as of Wednesday afternoon.
