Rwanda-Burundi border reopens after 7 year shutdown
Burundi is reopening its borders for the first time in 7 years. It's crossing with Rwanda has been closed since an attempted coup in the country saw 75,000 people flee across the border. The government has asked Kigali to hand over opponents but relations have eased in recent years. FRANCE 24's Clement di Roma reports.
