Most Germans may not have been Jew-hating Nazis, but they acquiesced in the extermination of 6 million Jews.
Gazans elected Hamas, a terrorist group, as their leaders – a group whose creed is to exterminate all Jews – and Gazans remain silent, without condemnation.
Should we now reward terrorism, legitimize it, by awarding it a state?
