Apparently Trump thinks that he will deserve to travel to Norway and be awarded the Nobel Peace Prize if he (and Putin) force Ukraine to surrender. After their ghastly treatment by the Nazis in World War II, Norwegians have a clear understanding of international aggression. They will not reward such betrayal with any sort of prize.
