We’ve all become expert on Section 3 of Article 14 of the Constitution. Simply put, no person having previously sworn an oath of office to support the Constitution, who then engages in insurrection, is eligible to hold office again.
Also simple to understand is the last clause of Section 3 which holds: “But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Bipartisan motions in each House should be made for a vote to remove Trump’s disability and let the chips fall where they may.
