Thank you to the scientists from EMIGRE for reminding readers of the obstacles we humans have placed in front of migratory birds and insects. I appreciate that they shared their knowledge with us, and made us more aware of examples like the plight of the monarch butterfly in the face of avocado farming. This information can help us make informed decisions as we consume natural resources.
