The 6/18/25, page 1 article about telehealth prescribing abortion pills for residents of states with restrictive abortion laws gave me an ironic laugh.
“…shield laws violate a constitutional requirement that states respect the laws and legal judgments of other states.” The implication is that shield laws of other states do not have the same “…constitutional requirement that states respect the” shield “laws and judgments of other states.”
Ironic, ain’t it?
