Letter: I-11 Bypass

I recently moved to Tucson and just learned of the I-11 bypass. I cannot possibly think of any viable need for this, not to mention would ruin the landscape. I've lived in areas on both the east and west coast with a large amount of traffic, and there is simply not a traffic "problem" here. Invest the money in existing roads, which actually need it on a fairly wide scale.
