Wow! So TEP wants to raise residential power rates by 14%. Way to go! That will certainly send things increasingly towards a City buyout or condemnation of TEP. Most will see this request as an absolutely unacceptable demonstration of arrogance. Ex "TEPer" that I am, I'm beginning to agree with them.
