Having just finished watching the CD 6 debate sponsored by Clean Elections was almost too painful to bear. The moderate, Danielle Lerner, did not seem to understand that questions asked should be alternated in their asking. First one candidate and then the other. I also wanted to lend her my watch. 30 seconds is thirty seconds. Cut off the speaker and not allow the speaker to ramble on.
I have moderated debates and these are just common-sense rules. I hope another debate is scheduled with local moderators, trained in these activities and held live in a Tucson location. Hear that candidates?
