Having read Regina Romero's recent editorial page submission, I was reminded of how many of the city and county elected leaders are very much enamored of the letter "I" in their editorial page writings. A truly great leader is humble and happy to shine the light of the pride and honor of accomplishment onto the staff and worker bees so necessary to make big and little things happen.
