I've studied this issue and have decided to vote no for several reasons. I believe the proposed tax increase will hurt low-income residents. The funds may be mismanaged as in the past, and there does not seem to be any true transparency.
It seems to me that transportation options may not improve significantly despite the funding. Again, there has been a complete lack of community input.
