I own some property in the Aquarius Mts,, Mohave County. I know of the water problems. What I DO NOT understand is this. The Big Sandy river is dry most of the time. However, in late summer and fall when there is rain in the Aquarius mts., the river really flows. WHY IS NO ONE TRYING TO CAPTURE THAT WATER AT THAT TIME?
