I could not believe the tasteless cartoon you elected to print on Wednesday. The image of a Knight Obama putting a sword through the neck of a dragon with Mitt Romney’s face was beneath the dignity of a once-major newspaper. However, I should not have been surprised given the continuing decline in the objectiveness of the Post-Dispatch.
I also wonder what image would have been selected if Mr. Romney had won. Given the biased nature of your newspaper, would you have printed an image of Mr. Romney lynching President Obama? While President Obama will have four more years, it is doubtful the Post-Dispatch will be around to endorse the Democratic Party’s nominee for president in 2016.
