AI Workers Push Slowdown
OpenAI and Anthropic employees are urging the US government to support measures that would slow AI development and prevent models from advancing too quickly, according to Bloomberg.

A Reuters analysis found the image of the map included in the presentation contained an artificial intelligence watermark that signals it was made with OpenAI tools. The company did not respond to a request for comment.
Anthropic said a misconfiguration allowed Claude models to reach the internet from testing environments that were supposed to be isolated.
