Small Firms Sue Trump
Spice importer Burlap & Barrel and toy company Basic Fun sued the Trump administration over new 10% global tariffs, arguing they violate the Supreme Court's February ruling striking down emergency levies. The lawsuit claims Trump is misusing an older trade law never intended to address routine trade deficits.
