Netflix To Showcase First-Ever NFL Thanksgiving Eve Game
The NFL has announced that there will be a game on Thanksgiving eve for the first time in 2026. The Green Bay Packers will face the Los Angeles Rams on Wednesday, November 25, at the SoFi Stadium in LA, with the game being streamed live on Netflix. The move means that there will be five games during Thanksgiving week prior to the Sunday slate, including the three on Thanksgiving and one on Black Friday. The Packers and Rams didn’t face each other in 2025 after the two teams played each other in each of the previous five seasons. Green Bay has dominated the fixture in recent years, winning 16 of the last 21 meetings, including ten of the last 11. The game is among five games that will be streamed on Netflix in 2026, with the streaming service also set to broadcast the “NFL Honors" during Super Bowl week.
