Vigneto permit suspended

On July 20, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers notified developer El Dorado Benson, a subsidiary of El Dorado Holdings, that its permit for Villages of Vigneto has been suspended while consultation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is pending.
