Elmer Upchurch, 27, was arrested at a local pawnshop by a state Department of Public Safety gang task force for his suspected involvement with the December 2012 burglary of an Oro Valley self-storage facility in which more than $60,000 worth of items were stolen. His brother, and suspected accomplice, Jack Upchurch, 28, was arrested at a local pawnshop by a state Department of Public Safety gang task force on unrelated charges.
