● Waterstone Holdings LLC bought 7.5 acres west of the northwest corner of East 22nd Street and South Camino Seco from Desert American Builders for $4.75 million. More than 100 townhomes are planned. Richard Spreiser, Oxford Realty Advisors, represented both seller and buyer.
