The UA will play Canisius at 8 a.m. Sunday, with the winner advancing to another elimination game between the loser of Ole Miss and Miami (Fla.) in the evening.
The Wildcats and Rebels will now play at approximately 1 p.m. Saturday, 55 minutes following the end of the Miami-Canisius game.
Day 1 of the NCAA Tournament’s Coral Gables Regional was postponed until Saturday because of inclement weather in South Florida.
The Wildcats homer four times and defeat the Golden Griffins 7-5 in the Coral Gables Regional.
