The Arizona Wildcats will face Southern Utah in 2018.
The Cats will host the Thunderbirds on Sept. 15. Southern Utah, an FCS school that plays in the Big Sky Conference, fills out Arizona’s 2018 schedule. The UA opens the season at home on Sept. 1 against BYU before traveling to Houston the following week.
The next opening on Arizona’s schedule is in 2019, if the UA decides to add a fourth non-conference opponent. Schools can play a 13th game if they have a road game against Hawaii. The Wildcats visit the Rainbow Warriors to open the ’19 season.
