Tiger Woods is back in action at The Masters hoping to become the oldest player to ever win at Augusta National.
At the year’s first major, there is plenty to bet on when the field of 88 golfers tees it up Thursday at Augusta National for the beginning of the 2023 Masters.
FrontPageBets takes a look at just a handful of prop bets to watch, starting with who else: Tiger Woods.

Tiger tracker
FanDuel is offering 13 individual bets just for Woods. And it makes sense, he's the most popular golfer in the world, even still. Especially at Augusta.
These “Tiger Specials” range from anywhere between bogey free round (+380) to wire-to-wire winner (+27000).
And while it’s unlikely the 15-time major champion, who owns five green jackets, will go wire to wire, or even win, there are some Tiger specials to consider:
- Make the cut (-215): Woods has never missed the cut as a professional at Augusta National.
- Make birdie or better on his first hole of the tournament (+500): Since 2001, Woods has only birdied No. 1 in the first round once, and that was in the 2020 Masters.
- Bogey-free first round (+2000): Since 2001, Woods has only one bogey-free first round: 2020.
- Bogey-free second round (+2000): Since 2001, Woods has only one bogey-free second round: 2002.
- Bogey-free in any round of the tournament (+380): In 24 Masters starts, Woods has four total bogey-free rounds. The other two came in the third rounds of the 2003 and 2008 tournaments.
Top senior player
There are eight senior (50 or older) golfers teeing it up this week, all of them Masters champions.
The odds-on favorite to finish the best in this group is three-time Masters champion Phil Mickelson at +125.
But keep an eye on Bernhard Langer at +340. The 65-year-old German is the best senior player in the world, winning 45 times on the Tour Champions. Since 2020, he’s won five times, including at the Chubb Classic in February.
The two-time Masters champion (1985, 1993) will be making his 39th start at Augusta National this week.
Below are the odds for best finish by a senior golfer at Augusta:
Phil Mickelson +125
Bernhard Langer +340
Fred Couples +430
Vijay Singh +900
Mike Weir +1000
Jose Maria Olazabal +2100
Sandy Lyle +3200
Larry Mize +3900

Top LIV golfer
For the first time since the formation of the Saudi-funded golf league, LIV Tour players will be sharing a course with PGA Tour pros at a major.
There are 18 LIV Tour golfers teeing it up this week at the Masters.
Who will finish with the best score out of that group?
The one with the best odds to win is 2020 green jacket winner Dustin Johnson at +450. Reigning British Open champion Cameron Smith is just behind at +500.
Brooks Koepka, who just won last week on the LIV Tour’s Orlando stop, is at +750.
