Body camera shows arrests of Troy couple
A couple from Troy, Missouri, released Troy Police Department body camera footage of a July 2024 arrest. The couple claim officers abused them in front of their children during a traffic stop. The Post-Dispatch edited the footage for length, and blurred out the children's faces.Â
