A freeze warning has been issued by the National Weather Service for the valley portions of Cochise and Graham Counties from 3 to 8 a.m. Tuesday. Lee Weather Team Meteorologist Joe Martucci says temperatures will be on the chillier side everywhere for Halloween itself. However, barely a cloudy will be in sight for trick-or-treating.
